At Vera Luna, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. To respect our artists' time and ensure availability for all guests we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee.

No-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

Fees are charged to the card on file.

This policy allows us to care for our team while continuing to provide the elevated experience our guests expect.
